Armstrong Needs Its High School - Join Us Today
Dear Armstrong Residents,
Today, our community has an important opportunity to be heard.
The call for a high school in Armstrong Mt Duneed is growing louder, and today Armstrong residents are meeting with key decision-makers to push for action.
Bev McArthur Liberal member for Western Region Victoria and Brad Roswell, Shadow Education Minister, will be meeting with Sheryn Vessey, who is leading the residents' campaign for our new high school. This is a critical moment to show the strength, unity and urgency of our community.
Our suburb has grown rapidly. Mirripoa Primary School is already at capacity. Without a local high school, our children will be forced to travel long distances - away from friends, away from community, and away from the place they call home.
The land for our high school has long been planned. It is centrally located. It is ready to go. Now we need commitment.
With the State Election due in November 2026, this is the time to stand together and make it clear that Armstrong needs its high school!
