We’re introducing three brand new morning classes designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and connect. From gentle Chair Yoga to energising Morning Pilates and our feel-good Stretch & Bond yoga for parents and kids, there’s never been a better reason to rise and shine at the club!

We’re going to miss Tony while he’s off enjoying a well-earned break—but don’t worry, we’ve got something just as good lined up for you in the meantime!

 

Introducing Mindful Bodies Chair Yoga with Kate.

 

When:

Running from Monday 28th April (until Tony's return)

Chair Yoga is a gentle, supportive style of yoga where all the poses are done either seated or using a chair for balance. It’s perfect for anyone wanting to improve mobility, flexibility, and strength—without having to get up and down from the floor. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, easing into movement, or just looking for a mindful way to stretch and reset, this class is for you.

 

No yoga experience needed, just come along to breathe, stretch, and feel your best.

Rise and Shine: 6:00 AM Pilates is Here!



You asked, we delivered! Starting this week, our beloved instructor Kristie (yep, the same Kristie from Tuesday nights!) will be leading a power-packed 45-minute Pilates class every Thursday at 6:00 AM at Club Armstrong.

 

This energising session is designed to wake up your body, fire up your core, and set the tone for a strong day ahead. 

 

We’re bringing out the squishy balls and Pilates rings to get those muscles firing before the day begins. You simply bring your yoga mat, a sweat towel, your water bottle and deep muscle engagement!

 

When:

Thursdays (starting 1st May)

 

Time:

6:00 AM to 6:45 AM

Stretch & Bond – Saturday Morning Parent & Child Yoga



Ease into your weekend with a beautiful mix of movement and mindfulness. Stretch & Bond is a gentle, family-friendly yoga session designed to help you reconnect with your breath, your body, and your little one!

 

Join Marie in the Activity Room every Saturday morning for this calming class, perfect for parents (or carers) and kids aged 8–15. It’s a great way to build strength, flexibility, and connection.

 

When:

Saturdays (starting 3rd May)

 

Time:

9:30 AM to 10:30 AM

 

Don’t have a child to bring along? No worries—you’re still welcome to join in solo!

 

Bring your own yoga mat if you can (we also have a few to borrow), and don’t forget to book both yourself and your child via the Armstrong Community App, as spots are limited.
